User Management
Managing Team Members and Access Permissions
Overview of User Management
The User Management feature in playgen.io allows account holders to invite and manage team members within their organization. This functionality is ideal for collaborative environments where multiple users need access to the platform’s features, such as content creation, analytics, and ad unit generation. The ability to add members is based on the subscription plan, with higher-tier plans offering increased member capacity.
Inviting and Managing Members
-
Accessing the Members Section:
- Navigate to the Members section in your dashboard to manage user access and invite new team members.
-
Inviting New Members:
- Click on Invite Member and enter the email address of the individual you’d like to invite.
- Assign a role to the member based on their responsibilities (e.g., Admin, Editor, Viewer). Roles help define access levels and permissions within the platform.
- Send the invitation, which the recipient will receive via email to join your team on playgen.io.
-
Managing Member Access:
- In the Members section, you can view all team members associated with your account, including their roles and access status.
- Editing Roles: Change the role of existing members if their responsibilities evolve over time.
- Removing Members: Revoke access for team members who no longer need access to the platform.
-
Subscription-Based Member Limits:
- Each subscription plan has a predefined limit on the number of team members that can be invited. Higher-tier plans generally offer greater capacity, making them suitable for larger teams.
- If your team size exceeds the limit of your current plan, consider upgrading to accommodate additional users.
-
Collaborative Access:
- Invited members can collaborate on game creation, ad unit setup, and analytics, streamlining workflows and ensuring that all stakeholders have access to the tools they need.
The User Management feature in playgen.io enhances collaboration within teams, allowing organizations to effectively share responsibilities and maximize productivity.
